Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions to ensure code quality and system stability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack role.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
