Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 15+ production applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits for enterprise-level deployments
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and client executives
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company tech stack
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong foundation in RESTful API design and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
