Responsibilities

- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to reduce deployment time by 40%
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct architecture reviews and propose improvements for system reliability
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate feature performance
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Rust
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with event-driven programming and message queues
- Proficient in performance optimization and debugging complex systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
