Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct system architecture reviews for scalability and security
- Drive DevOps practices including infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade Java applications
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and testing
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Agile/Scrum methodology proficiency
- Relevant AWS/Azure certification preferred
