Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of cloud-native applications using microservices architecture

- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards (NIST, FedRAMP)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, or JavaScript with modern frameworks
- Strong understanding of AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
- Familiarity with federal IT compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
