Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Python and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.9% uptime
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and industry conferences
- Automate testing infrastructure to maintain 95% code coverage
- Partner with UX teams to deliver intuitive SaaS solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Python, Django, and RESTful APIs
- AWS certification or equivalent cloud deployment experience
- Strong proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
