Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure the security and scalability of our applications.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
