As a Senior Engineer, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our software products not only meet but exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement solutions to improve performance and security.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C#; experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
