Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at internal tech talks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and database optimization
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA project management
- Certification in AWS/Azure or relevant cloud architecture preferred
