Responsibilities

- Lead architectural decisions and perform rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize database queries and application performance for speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java (or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
