Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Design cloud infrastructure on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement RESTful APIs and optimize database performance
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure system scalability
- Partner with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Java development with Spring Boot framework
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design capabilities
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Certification in AWS or Azure preferred
