Responsibilities
- Architect cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Lead agile ceremonies while maintaining Jira backlog hygiene
- Conduct A/B tests to improve user conversion metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in backend development with Python/Java
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Strong SQL knowledge with PostgreSQL/MongoDB
- AWS/GCP certification preferred
- Experience with fintech compliance (SOX/GDPR)
- Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
