Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines using AWS
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Design REST APIs with GraphQL integration for enterprise clients
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/Redis)
- Implement security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption)
- Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives)
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in backend development with Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
