Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime on AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech talks
- Lead CI/CD pipeline modernization using Terraform and ArgoCD
- Conduct quarterly architecture reviews with CTO and product leads
- Document complex systems using Mermaid diagrams and Confluence
- Present quarterly tech demos to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production software engineering experience
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and cloud-native architectures
- AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proven track record of designing high-throughput systems
- Experience mentoring engineers in agile environments
- Strong grasp of security best practices (OWASP, IAM)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
