Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior developers and conduct comprehensive code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
