Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure with Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning ceremonies
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Proven experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with fintech or high-volume transaction systems
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes) preferred
