Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot in AWS environment
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance tuning and security vulnerability assessments
- Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer)
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
