Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Lead technical sprint planning and backlog refinement ceremonies
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with SOC 2 standards
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development (Python/Java/Node.js)
- Expertise with AWS/GCP/Azure and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of architecting high-traffic systems
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
