Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using AWS Lambda and Docker
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct code reviews ensuring security and performance standards
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize database queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Implement RESTful APIs with Node.js and Python
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification
- Proven track record of mentoring developers
