Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS/Azure and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Proven experience with distributed systems and database optimization
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- AWS/Azure certification preferred
