Responsibilities
- Architect cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Optimize system performance to handle 10M+ daily API calls
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Lead code reviews and maintain 95%+ test coverage standards
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with Node.js/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade SaaS products
- Strong background in data modeling (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating open-source contributions or personal projects
