Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP and container orchestration
- Lead code reviews and architectural planning for high-traffic web applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and security protocols across distributed environments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and infrastructure-as-code principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C#)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams
- Ability to obtain government security clearance if required
