The Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software development, from conceptualization and design to implementation and deployment. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and improve system reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including API specs and architecture diagrams.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or Python. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Database: Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
