Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP and container orchestration
- Lead technical sprint planning and architecture reviews for enterprise-scale applications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with product managers

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless architectures
