Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
