Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document incidents and resolutions in CRM system
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex issues
- Conduct user training sessions for new technologies
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
Qualifications
