Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability while maintaining security standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Experience with React, Node.js, or AWS is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
