Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions, solutions, and technical data accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Weekday Support Team to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless continuity.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and patience when assisting customers with technical difficulties.
- Stay updated on the latest product knowledge and technical procedures to deliver accurate support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work **Saturday and Sunday** (Full-time weekend availability required).
- Ability to start working immediately upon hire.
