Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and testing.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or C#).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
