Responsibilities
- Design scalable microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Lead development of RESTful APIs with Node.js/Python
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Optimize application performance for 99.99% uptime
- Collaborate with product teams on technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern backend framework (Node.js, Django, Spring)
- Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
