Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of existing systems to ensure reliability and speed.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and bugs, providing timely resolutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
