Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications for our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
