Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Architect scalable system solutions and ensure code reliability, security, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and improve user experience.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust fixes in a timely manner.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proficient in Python, Java, or JavaScript with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid team setting.
