Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and actively mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and modern front-end libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
