Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while actively participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Technical Strategy: Contribute to technical roadmaps and make architectural decisions that align with business goals.
- Testing & Deployment: Ensure rigorous testing standards and seamless deployment processes across multiple environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and a strong backend knowledge (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
