Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define and implement features.
- Conduct code reviews, perform system testing, and ensure code quality and security standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
