Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Full-Stack Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern frameworks and languages (React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure adherence to best coding practices and architectural standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver features that exceed customer expectations.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues, optimize application performance, and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#) and deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
