Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
