Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
