Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and agile ceremonies.
- Identify technical risks and propose proactive solutions to improve system reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under tight deadlines.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid team environment.
