Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to testing and deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js or equivalent modern frameworks.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, database management (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and SOLID concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
