Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead technical architecture and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or .NET).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
