Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications using Python, Go, and Kubernetes
- Lead technical design sessions and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
- Research emerging technologies to drive innovation in our product offerings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Expert proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in agile environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
