Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures and high-quality code.
- Lead technical projects from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and technical excellence.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, testing, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
