Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and architectural blueprints.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, MongoDB, etc.) and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
