Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high standards of software quality, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, including database optimization and API integration.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to drive best practices and technical innovation.
- Conduct technical research and implement new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
