Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies like React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for code quality and security.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and lightning-fast load times for our users.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) and drive continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot production problems with a focus on long-term stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
