Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance and database queries.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
