Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to deployment and maintenance.
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Deep understanding of database design, SQL, and RESTful API architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
