Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for software engineering, IT, and technical support roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
- Strong ability to evaluate technical skills and assess cultural fit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
